中乌农产品营销与推广谅解备忘录在京签署

2016年3月29日,全国城市农贸中心联合会(CAWA)(以下简称“农贸联”)与乌克兰中国合作协会(以下简称“乌中会”)在乌克兰驻中华人民共和国大使馆内签署了《中乌农产品营销与推广谅解备忘录》。

在签约仪式前,双方举行了友好会谈。全国城市农贸中心联合会马增俊会长提出,在全球农产品供应链一体化的大环境下,签署中乌农产品营销与推广谅解备忘录,将给两国的农业生产者、农业产品销售渠道和消费者都会带来明显的利益,实现供需双赢的国际贸易格局,给两国百姓餐桌上增添更加健康、更加丰盛的农产品。乌克兰是全球粮食大国,在全球农产品贸易中处于重要地位,农贸联与乌中会的合作是落实习近平主席提出的“一带一路”战略构想的一部分,以经济发展之模式,推动两国政治之融合。

乌克兰驻华大使奥列格·焦明先生对即将签署的谅解备忘录给予高度评价,他总结说,全国城市农贸中心联合会是中国农产品流通领域具有广泛社会基础的权威行业组织,乌中会与农贸联在驻华使馆签署备忘录说明乌克兰政府非常重视,是乌中农产品贸易中的一件大事,将对乌中农产品国际贸易产生积极的推动作用,也是对习近平主席的“一带一路”政策的一个良好推动。同时,乌克兰在各方面正在寻求新的合作伙伴,也欢迎中方农产品企业前来乌克兰投资,推动乌中两国的经济发展,扎实双方的合作。


MOU between CAWA and JUCBC on the Marketing and Promotion ofChinese-Ukrainian Agro-products Signed in Beijing


China Agricultural Wholesale Market Association (hereinafter referred to as CAWA) and Joint Ukrainian-Chinese Business Council (hereinafter referred to as JUCBC) signed the Memorandum of Understanding on the Marketing and Promotion of Chinese-Ukrainian Agro-products at the Ukrainian Embassy in China on March 29th, 2016.

Mr. Ma Zengjun, Chairman of CAWA, highlighted during the friendly talks before the signing ceremony, that amid the deepening integration of the global agro-products supply chains, the signing of the MOU can generate concrete benefits to the agricultural producers, the agro-products distribution channels and the consumers of both nations, realizing the win-win situation of supply and demand in international trade and providing healthier and richer agro-products to the people of both nations. He added that Ukraine is a global food power playing a major role in worldwide agro-products trade, and that the cooperation between CAWA and JUCBC is an important part in implementing the One Belt One Road initiative proposed by President Xi Jinping, which aims to advance the integration of the politics between China and its partner countries through economic development.

Mr. Oleg, the Ukrainian Ambassador to China, highly praised the signing of the MOU. He concluded that CAWA is an authoritative association with extensive social reaches in China’s agro-products distribution sector, and that the Ukrainian government highly values the signing of the MOU, regarding it as a “big event”, which will greatly promote the international trade of Ukrainian-Chinese agro-products and serve as a huge booster for the One Belt One Road initiative put forward by President Xi. Meanwhile, as Ukraine is now actively seeking new partners in all aspects, he welcomes the Chinese agricultural enterprises to make investments in Ukraine, which will promote both nations’ economies and deepen the bilateral cooperation.
